Tree-based Configuration Management Library

This is a simple library designed for the management of configuration information in a simple tree-based format. Configuration information may be read in from a file or set via an API interface, and notifications of changes to variable values may be issued via callbacks. Additionally, variables that have not been registered may be created on the fly, enabling applications to read in configuration information that is handled by a loadable module that has not yet registered its variables.
